- Assess patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment directives.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records as prescribed by a physician.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and home health management.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care and promote recovery.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained during all clinical activities.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the State of California.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health, public health, or acute care settings.
- Demonstrated ability to operate medical equipment and perform clinical procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on educating patients and families.
- Valid California driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle as per state regulations.
