Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health is vital to our team's success, providing direct and efficient care to patients in their own homes. This role is suited for a professional who is passionate about community health and patient-centered care.

  • Assess patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment directives.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records as prescribed by a physician.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and home health management.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care and promote recovery.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained during all clinical activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the State of California.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health, public health, or acute care settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate medical equipment and perform clinical procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on educating patients and families.
  • Valid California driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle as per state regulations.
